Removal of felt tip pens and inks stains

On white cotton fabrics: dab the stain with a cloth soaked in soapy water. Then soak the garment for a few minutes in bleach water (one bottle top to a litre). Rinse & wash

To get rid of felt tip pens and inks stains on coloured cotton fabrics: dab the stain with a cloth soaked in soapy water. Dilute the stain by dabbing it with a cloth soaked in surgical spirit. Rinse & wash.

You can also rub the stain with a cloth soaked in warm milk or juice of a lemon. Rinse & wash.

To remove felt tip pens and inks stains on wool: dab the stain with a cloth soaked in lemon juice and let it dry. Repeat until the spot has completely disappeared.

To remove them on man-made fibres: dab the stain with a cloth soaked in water and white vinegar. Wash & rinse.
