Remove ink stain on seagrass, sisal or coir mats

In order to remove an ink stain on seagrass, sisal, coir mats, you can try following tips :

Pour lemon juice directly on the ink stains. When the fabric is thoroughly soaked, rub and rinse.

Hair spray can also dilute the ink. Spray and dab the ink immediately, using brown paper or kitchen roll, without spreading the stain. Repeat until the stain has completely disappeared. Finally, dab with a wet sponge well beyond the stained area.

A mixture in equal parts of water with surgical spirit or white vinegar can also be used to remove ink stains
